COA Mobile app for iPhone and iPad

The Common Otology Audit Group has maintained an award-winning web site (“COA”) at http://www.ear-audit.net to collect clinical data for study and comparison since 00’s. With the Mobile Device technology becoming more mature there has been calls to extend the service to users who worked at different clinics and might not have access to the internet at the time of data capturing. Moreover, to facilitate better understanding of patient’s condition a questionnaire is designed to be completed by the patient just before the appointment and will be reviewed by the user at the beginning of each appointment. The questionnaire will be stored on the database for future reference by the user via the COA web site.
